Dr. Noguchi and his staff were informative, polite and happy while taking care of my needs. The office was clean and I was informed the items being inserted in my mouth were sterile and showed me they were removed from a sealed package. My payment and next appointment setup was fast. I had my parking validated and was in and out of the appoint without a parking charge.
